Retained Services
If you are looking for weeks, months, years or indefinite support with all HR related activity you'll want to consider rates on a long-term basis and therefore a retainer-based package may be the preferential option for you.
Our retainer-based plans vary in cost depending on the number of employees in your business. Doing so allows us to offer extensive support and take action when necessary to keep your business compliant and on track for growth and success.
Our price package is per employee, with HR consulting services fees starting from as little as:
• 10 employees: £16.10
• 15 employees: £15.53
• 20 employees: £14.30
• 30 employees: £13.64
• 40 employees: £12.75
• 50 employees: £12.00
As an example, if you have 10 employees, the HR consulting fees average cost is £161 per month. That’s £1,932 a year.
A retainer offers you advice and support per month, or its equivalent, at a fixed price for one year. The agreement is renewable on a yearly basis.
• You can access support and advice at any time during the day/week/year.
• You can opt for additional HR support and advice during the year as and when you need it (at a reduced rate).

Pay-As-You-Go
Our Pay-As-You-Go scheme delivers HR support and advice as and when you need them. They provide you with flexibility and will be suitable for one-off issues that you may need support with.
• Costs are based on either an hourly, or day rate depending on your requirements.
• Costs are estimated on a case by case basis and quotations provided prior to any work commencing.
If in our judgement additional work will be needed to deliver the results you want, we will explain why, furnish you with full details of the work required and projected costs. We will then wait to begin until we receive appropriate authorisation.
If you would prefer not to commit to an annual agreement, then we are happy to provide ad hoc support either remotely or on-site to assist you with your particular employment practice needs.
If you are looking for an hoc Pay-As-You-Go services, the hourly rate will be £85. For a daily cost (7 hours) you will get a slightly discounted rate of £550.
Although this may come across as an expensive one-time payment, if you only need HR support for that short period it may be the way to go.
